A former assistant vice president of commercial lending at US Bancorp and Director of Marketing for Moss Adams Certified Public Accountants she spends each day maximizing funds and protecting over $1 million in company and client assets as the Controller for TRI Leadership Resources, LLC (TRI is the management company hired by the Nevada Department of Education to manage Nevada FBLA-PBL operations).

Rhonda was the first woman president of the Rogue Valley Kiwanis organization and has been a key board member and treasurer of a number of community foundations and service organizations. She conducts audits and submits filings of accounting records to the election commission for candidates for public office, has completed banking and finance institute courses, and earned the certified tax professional distinction.
