Phi Beta Lambda is college level FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) and has spent the
past 50 years preparing successful leaders.

Do not let our Greek name deceive you—PBL is not a social fraternity or sorority, but a business-oriented organization. Social events are certainly a part of PBL activities, but the focus is business and leadership development.

As a part of this organization you can be involved in many activities such as community service, compete in state and national competition in a business-related field, and meet great people who will be your friends for life.

In today’s highly competitive business environment it takes more than just a business degree to succeed–it requires business shrewdness, leadership skills, and technical knowledge. This is where Phi Beta Lambda excels. By taking advantage of the many programs PBL offers, business students acquire the skills that will set them apart from the average business graduate. Members learn through participating in a variety of activities that help them build their abilities, while contributing to the improvement of the community in which they live, their school, and their chapter.
